In the past I received a free flapperless 1.6 gallon flush toilet from my local water company.
Liquid waste goes through on one flush. Solid waste goes through on 2-4 flushes or more. After 4 flushes I stopped counting on the amount of flushes it takes. Maybe the water company will not raise my water bill because of this?
With the bad economy that were in, this might be looked at as job security for the paid employees of the local water company.

First, let me say hello Harold. I received information about your blog in the mail from a flyer you sent. I thought I would check it out. It looks like a very good blog to communicate thoughts.
So are you saying that the new toilets waste water because they require multiple flushes to send the waste down the drain? That seems very wrong! Senator Rand Paul had some similar complaints a few years ago, but I thought the new low flow toilets were supposed to be better now.
